[CH] Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

It's nearly Halloween! When you have finished carving that Jack
O'Lantern...it's time for:

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

  After you've scooped the seeds from a pumpkin, rinse them under water
and
  remove all the membrane fibers. Blot the seeds with paper towels.
Spread
  them out to dry for at least 3 hours. Toss with a tablespoon of olive
oil and
  place in a single layer on a heavy baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 
  350F oven, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 20
minutes.
  Sprinkle with salt, chile or curry powder or grated Parmesan cheese.  
  (Of course, you Chile-Heads will know what to do to add a little
zip!!)
