My daughter just about lost it with the "mixed grill" we ordered in Mendoza, Argentina and no Pisco was in site to save her from intestines, heart, sweetbreads, kidneys, udders, etc. They just threw the whole "item of viscera" on the grill and then plopped the platter in front of her.
