Hi Podheads, Since I brought in my plants two weeks ago they finally started ripening. The last Chile Grandes are almost ripe and the Hawaiian Tabasco is starting to turn red. The dwarf Madame Jeanette has ripe peppers, but the Rocoto is still green with black sunburn spots. Boy, these take long! I am drying the seeds I collected from the peppers that were ripe so my kitchen has paper towels with seeds all over the place. I like being a Chilehead even though it takes up a lot of space.
