[CH] Jerk--is this applicable?

Hi All!
First, Mary and I would like to wish all a wonderful, safe and relaxing
Holiday Season no matter what or how you celebrate! And a wish for a lucky
and prosperous New Millennium--the real thing this time in 2001!
A quick question if anyone could answer it. We made up some mild seasoning
salt for miscellaneous gifts, a variation on a rub used for bbq'ing turkey,
but with salt. Is this properly a jerk? Does a jerk have salt?
The label is below--Mary's going to do it on florescence yellow shipping
labels with, I think, a chile watermark. But we'd like it accurate and will
call it something else. If someone who knows could say yeah or nay it would
save me some research I just don't have time for right now! ;) (btw, the
Highland part is kind of a pun--Scots living in Highland Park, CA, USA.
:) )
Thanks again! This list and the people on it make life better!
Riley (and Mary).
The only acceptable substitute for intelligence is silence.
