[CH] Do we have any fans of Turkish cooking out there?

The reason I ask is that I have just made a wonderfully spicy cabbage
and lamb stew utilizing dried cayenne, red pepper paste and serranos.

Any takers? If so, I will happily key it in. I was surprised, myself, to
find out how spicy Turkish cooking can be, especially in the far
southeastern corner of the country.
