LC is more consistent in the quality department ; >>

I also have tried La Gallita and find it not as flavorful and too mild.  
Herdez is really a good smoky-hot flavored Chipotle and our favorite.  La 
Costena is a good one as well. Casa Gloria is pretty good.  Embasa is a good 
consistent brand for all Chile products I think.

We also add Jim's Chipotle Powder or Applewood Smoked Habanaros to really 
kick it up a notch!
