I have Udon noodles in my fridge.  The package says, "Udon hot & spicy
oriental style noodle".  They're Chikara brand manufactured by Sakura
Noodle Inc. LA, CA.  They are good, but I usually add Tuong ot
Sriracha.

As for slurping, I've read and heard that it is in good manners, but I
never thought of asking the Japanese I've met about it.
