Starting,, Find out when most folks plant out tomatoes, add 2 weeks, then back up 6 to 8 weeks. Reason Peppers like warm soil, Per Stokes and Johnnys seeds mean when the soil temp is at 60F at 8AM. OR For you Northern Growers, transplant when peonies are in full bloom..
