Nope...I detest most sauces as they - as said - have a vinegar
base/taste. Some are better, some worse. Brother Jim Campbell makes
some good sauces....Brother Bubba, if he's still making his sauces
down there in Florida, made a couple damn good sauces as well.
And all this - Tabasco "bashing", opinions on heatless chiles, and
more - *is* just a person's opinion: mine. I don't expect everyone
to agree, and would in fact feel sorta weird if everyone did agree,
if not bored as hell. It's all opinion, personal preference, and all
those other things that makes a person unique, yes? Some folks just
take simple statements and think someone just shoved a finger in
his/her eye...
I mean...
I hate tabasco...
I'm really into Hendrix...but also techno, opera, anything but country...
I think capitalism as it is will bring ruin to the world....
I think Prez Bush is a dumbass and 4 years is a LOOOONG damn time...
I think Bjork is about as groovy as can be and want to be her love slave...

Now there, see? Opinions, beliefs, statements. I'm sure all my likes
and dislikes have offended some, disgusted a few more, and so on, but
it's really no reason to take one's feelings/beliefs/etc personally,
no reason to go to war, no reason to get homicidal.
Far, far too little tolerance in this world of ours.
We all have likes, dislikes and more. I state what is "me" so people
can see me, agree with me, disagree, love, hate, or whatever. It
ain't asking for a fight, aint' asking for debate (although i often
will cuz i like to debate), and...
...and isn't this rather damned ridiculous?
Fortunately for everyone, we keep most of it to chiles and All Things
Related (which for me is a rather large list <g>), but...
Lets just eat chiles, get nekid, and guess each other's
weight...whilst enjoying some salsa....made with whatever chiles
anyone prefers...but no country music, by damn =:^p
