 Hey Ch's,

If you can stand one more Tabasco posting...

My non Ch wife has taken to Tabasco on her black beans and rice, and  

just last night she surprised me when she dosed her pinto bean pitas 

with a healthy dose of the stuff! It all started with an innocent

drop here and there, the a few more... now it is a few splashes.

Soon I'll have to break out some of my own stash for her to try. Like 

the Habanero powder or Hab-mango sauce. I look forward to the day she

understands why I grow more chiles than any one person could possibly

eat. I'll keep you posted.
