[CH] Unknown Chiles

Hi there chile-heads!
     I have been subscribing for about 5 or 6 hours but would like to ask a 
question that might interest someone.
     I live in the UK which is a poor place to live as far as chiles go. In 
my local safeway store there are 2 varieties of chiles. One is about 2 
inches, green, cone-shaped, and rather tasteless but fairly hot. The other 
is red, about 3 inches, and has more flavour but less heat. The red one is 
labelled "Kenya" and the green one is labelled "Israel" I think. Perhaps 
that should have been vice versa, I'm not sure. Anyway, does anyone have a 
clue what type these are because I am a complete novice.
