My son had me taste a Tabasco garlic one--interesting no vinegar yuk taste.  
Then he pulls out three new Crystal sauces.  Says now mom and dad wait and 
taste them, I know they're crystal BUT....  Not bad at all.  Great flavors, 
low heat but very tasty.  One was garlic, one Hab, and I can't remember the 
other flavor-sorry.  $ . 75 each!  Certainly flavorful with a nice 
non-lingering heat---  Certainly NOT Backdraft-eh not all folks can handle 
the lasting high dose of heat :-)
