Our local bagel place, run by Vietnamese makes Jalape=F1o versions and they=20
make Jalapeno cream cheese smear.  They chop up loads red and green Jals and=
=20
WOW--it's will start your morning!  There's just enough cream cheese to hold=
=20
the chunks together and allow a smear to stick to a warm bagel of=20
choice-garlic, onion, or Jal.

I have chopped Serranos to make our own smear-NICE!  However, I must remembe=
r=20
to warn non-CH friends it ain't strawberry schmer- *shrug* oh well next time=
=20
