Here's one for the nondrinkers on Derby Day:
        ginger ale, least sweet brand available
        Rose's lime juice
        fresh mint, bruised
Let the mint sit in the Rose's overnight, then flavor 
the ginger ale with it as desired.   Serve over ice, with salsa and
tortilla chips alongside.   Delicious, and you can drive afterward.  :)
