The discussion about Cave Creek Chile Beer (which I have tried) made me recall how a man I used to know drank his martinis. Instead of olives or cocktail onions, he would add a couple of Trappey's pickled chile peppers to his martinis. I have tired this, and it is GREAT! My preference, however, is a dry gin martini with four stuffed queen olives. Ummmmmmm! :-) Rob
