Hi everyone. We see that Eat the Heat will be re-run on this coming Sunday night, May 27th, at 9 p.m. Eastern time on the cable Food Network. I know it's been hard getting vhs copies for the round robin, so I wanted folks who might want to stick in a tape to know that here comes our first opportunity! We've been redirected from chiles to the foods of Provence. Stu is just back from two weeks shooting along the Riviera and at the Cannes Film Festival for our next special, due this fall. He DID take along hot sauce to add at restaurants, but only if a chef wasn't looking. Apparently they get very offended over there, even for just adding salt... First meal back, however, was chicken & poblanos burritos doused in our homemade New Mexico red chile sauce! Karen and Stu Zanger
