[CH] El Yucateco Mayan and Cuitlacoche

While in Seattle I found a nice market that had the El Yucateco Salsa 
Kutbil-ik de Chile Habanero.  Very nice and hot (and at 2.79 a bottle not 
too overpriced). They also had canned cuitlacoche (corn smut).  I have one 
recipe for cuitlacoche chile quesadillas--any other chile infused suggestions.
