Arf arf,

Today I went back to that TJ Maxx store, and got another sauce from the 
Ukava Africa series.  This one is the Swazi Mamba, a green sauce.  Tastes 
green, kind of simple at first, then it slowly opens up to more complex 
flavors including heat.  I haven't tried cooking with it yet, but it's 
promising.

Second sauce:  From the same store, the garlic pepper grill sauce from the 
Counter Culture line - anyone heard of these?  The label says there are six 
sauces in the line, distributed by Harrison Napa Valley.  The store also had 
a "20 below wing sauce" and a satay with peanuts.  This grilling sauce has a 
really nice and rich flavor, moderate heat.  Some sauce makers would have 
put a lot more salt into this sauce, but that would have hidden the richness 
of the other ingredients.
