I don't know what I'll do if they all germinate! Hi Beau, Just thought I'd put in my two cents. I made what I, in retrospect, felt was a mistake by planting numerous seeds of the same variety one year. I am a hobby grower as you are, however, my circle of CH friends who don't grow chiles is quite small. Some of the varieties I planted were QUITE productive. I burned up two dehydrators, used up a box of Mason jars, gave away as many and as much as I could, and still today, four years later, have an embarrassment of Chile Riches in the pantry. (Not that that is a bad thing;-)). The upshot is this, I have curtailed the number of plants I grow and keep to varieties I really love i.e Habaneros, NuMex Big Jims, Fresnos, UVC (unidentified Vietnamese chiles), Serranos, Aji's ......OK OK, I rotate varieties. Glad you found the list, Beau. Welcome aboard! Doug
