I don't believe there is or ever will be a "definitive" Scoville scale list of
Chiles.

Soil and weather conditions will always play a major part in how hot any
individual Chile will turn out. Also if it is tested when fresh or dried.  Most
all Scoville list rate each Chile between a range of heat.
