I have been using their stuff since I was 18 and a student in London......a 
couple of years ago :-)

I love their Kashmiri Masala in many dishes.  It makes a great flavored and 
colorful rice.  Actually I dare say out of the 30 Patak's products I have 
tried over the years I never disliked any.  Some are better than others, but 
that's my taste.
