With all the recent talk of how people clean their smokers, I must make a confession. Mine had been sitting so long that (eeek!) a black widow spider had taken up residence in the water pan. It's VERY clean now, and I've got some country-style pork ribs, a big chunk of salmon and the only ripe peppers I could find today (after what I picked yesterday for my first pickled pepper experiment) absorbing mesquite smoke. Funny how I can find all sorts of things to do when I really should be cleaning my house. Marilyn ********* The easiest way to find something lost around the house is to buy a replacement.
