Hello all, I'm looking for a tried-n-true peach salsa recipe including hot peppers which can be canned for use during the rest of the year when fresh peaches and peppers aren't available. I would like to try recipes both with and without tomatoes as one of the ingredients. I've been searching on the net but everything I have found so far is for fresh peach salsa, not canned.
