First, before anyone here will tell you.  You must prove that you are
worthy of using such a fine powder.  And if we are satisfied with what
you tell us, we just might tell you where to get some powder.



Just kidding.  

You need to either make your own or find a online vender who sells it.
Because your sure as hell not going to find it at your local
supermarket.
