Any Ch's have a recipe for an Armenian dish called Mante, I made one 15 Yrs ago and tried to make the recipe from memory but got the pastry wrong. I used ground lamb, parsely, Onion, Garlic and Chiles, in the filling but my pastry was a bit dry.. 2 cflour 1/2 cwater 1/4c oil plus salt, Fwiw it didn't make enough pastry either.. Luke in Oz
