Eruna, This sounds like a great idea especially with some added Jim's Applewood Habanero!!!!! I'll pass the idea on to my friend, Tom Wagner, developer of the Green Grape, Green Zebra, Banana Legs, etc. Mary-Anne << If you are talking about the green grape tomatoes, I can't imagine having too many of them. I used a ton last year to make healthy pesto. Basically you use your regular pesto recipe but replace a lot of the olive oil with the green grape tomatoes. Freezing is best done first in icecube containers and then transfer the cubes into freezing containers. This way it is easy to get small portions out of the freezer. Enjoy your healthy pesto! >> Mary-Anne, List Owner USDA Zone 9b, Sunset Zone 14/15 mailto:TomatoMania-subscribe@YahooGroups.com AOL Click Here "Who plants the seed beneath the sod, and waits to see, believes in God."
