[CH] chile powders

I have been having good luck with just taking whole dried chiles and
pulverizing them in my Cuisnart Mini-Prep Processor.  Because of the
humidity here, I store the ground stuff in fridge in small plastic
containers, and it lasts forever.  That is not to say Jim's or anyone elses
powders are bad.  It is just that whole dried peppers seem to be easier to
come by around these parts if you need powdered stuff in a pinch.
