Today I feasted on fresh piri piri made in an Angolan lady's kitchen in Luanda on Tuesday! What a treat! I think it was mostly pepper and some lemony tasting fruit (Duh, probably a lemon). Nice long lasting bite. This was furnished by a friend who frequently travels to Africa. He knew I wanted some piri piri so asked this lady business associate what would be a good brand to buy.
