Hi ! My "problem" is that I have 2 Thai Dragon plants full of beautiful chiles due for harvest this weekend....... Have anyboy got any ideas for how to use em , apart from drying ? I live in Sweden and only get one harvest per year, so Iīd like to be able to keep what I cook up for a long time ... I donīt wanna put em all in a salsa, which I canīt save for our cold wintertime :) So ...If anyone can help me with a nice recipe .. please post it Thnx in advance / Jens PS.
