Understand though that there has been a fair amount of discussion on these extract sauces, and as you see the overall consensus was that while they had heat, there was a bitter aftertaste that someone likened to singed cat hair. One of the few ultrahot extract sauces I know of is Jim's Backdraft Hotsauce.
