Hi Gene,
  Tried  http://www.chilepepperinstitute.org/   at 2:00 AM on  09/08/01 &
everything worked fine. Along with web site updates, I've found some
websites crash/die on my computer when there are a lot of  people accessing
the site at the same time I am.
