French Feta has less salt and IMHO is much better than the Bulgarian or Greek Brine saturated Feta we get in the good old US of A. In Greece or Turkey the local Feta is heaven, but unfortunately tis shipped in a heavily salted brine so we always opt for French Feta for taste, texture and flavor.
