Tom (et al), this may already have been answered as I'll see in my next digest, but there is an excellent French feta cheese called "Valbreso" available in many American grocery stores, even at Walmart from time to time. It is a milder feta cheese, made from French sheep milk rather than Greek/Turkish goat milk or (God forbid, the strongest feta of all) from Middle Eastern camel milk. I love feta cheese, but I don't like to smell the goat or the camel at the same time! Valbreso feta gives you the best of all worlds! Highly Recommended! Roberto
