My heart felt sympathy to all Americans and in particular those 
who have suffered.

Did anyone think why this has happened and what would have 
prevented it?

We continue throughout the world to create zones of safety for 
criminals, idiots, madmen and terrorists to operate in without 
fear and free from any form of viable defense.  Having the only 
option of standing meekly by and watching.  We then wonder why 
crime increases and horrific incidents take place in the 
so-called safety zones.

Perhaps the people and organisations that advocate these safety 
zones and measures are the real terrorists.  Any bets they now 
ban knives on planes, that should fix it by creating a more safe 
zone.

control laws to reduce crime the list of successes should be 
long and illustrious.  Where is the list?
