Well, I canned 16 pints of mixed pickles (Jalapenos, Serannos, Cayennes, Fresnos, carrots, okra, cauliflower, baby corn, green cherry tomatoes, and shallots), as well as 12 pints of grape jam (no chile) last night. Still've got to roast and freeze NuMexes and can some tomatillos this week. The rocottos love the cooler weather. Tom
