A little historical note.
Boston area:
Mofia crime sweep:
FBI obtained warrants to wire tap certain known members.
In the process of taping, a conversation with a "Hit man" was recorded.
Data about who order the hits and how many were killed.
The cops did not have any clues to link this "Hit man".
Because the "Hit Mans" name was
not on the warrant, this data can not be used in court. He walks free
with over a dozen murders..
