The Eat the Heat tapes are video copies of the show Eat the Heat that was
played on the TV Food Network on 3/11/01. Some of the Chile-Heads, me
included, were featured in the show (NJ Hot Luck segment in the last 7
minutes of the show and lasted a couple of minutes). Some of us, made tapes,
and have been sending them around to Chile-Heads who do not have the TV Food
Network or cable tv. Out of the goodness of our hearts. Some have never been
returned. Some are still being sent around. I sent one last weekend.
If you have TV Food Network, they replay it once in awhile. If not, get on
the list...
