Enjoyed the site.  Saw a mention there of one of my fav food groups....  Spam!   Renee wrote:  "And,  Scott, I love the Spam jerky--anytime, all day long."  I'm too new to this list to know all the players, so maybe you can tell me how to get and/or make this jerky.  I assume it is laced with heat.

Although I was born and raised in Minnesota (where the state bird is the mosquito) the next years Hotluck in Topeka will be much closer for me now & will try to attend.

Chiefs fan huh?  Guess we both like pain.  :o)
