Mark,
   Great idea!!!! Have used ours for meats  but never thought of grilling
veggies. Only reference in my recipe booklet is on Pg. 23 for onions, but
I'm sure peppers/ garlic/ mushrooms /whatever could be added/substituted.
     Working on ideas,
