I so agree.  I often buy goat/kid from our local Halal Markets, as well as 
Mexican or Vietnamese Markets.  It is sweeter than lamb is simply perfect 
with chiles/curries!!!!

Mary-Anne, who is going to fix long eared chicken tonight which is also yummy 
w/chiles and spices

<< Hey there, goat meat is great -- and with chiles -- even better.  I get a
leg or two everyonce in a while from some friends that raise goats.  I like
it better than lamb. >>
