I'm going to go back and have more! ;-)

I'll try. It was course shredded cabbage and slivers of carrots with
some slivers of seeded jalapenos. The dressing is what was rather
intriguing.

I can't describe it. Well, I'll try. It TASTES like it was made with
a dark low acidic vinegar, sugar and worcestershire sauce. But, I
don't think I'm even CLOSE. To be truthful with you. I describe
things in the most unconventional way. It tasted "dark" to me...dark
as in a rich, very mild vinegar taste...ok, here's the beer side of me
showing through...

I'm going to have to go on a quest to search for a recipe close to this
and reproduce it.

Oh, BTW, I also ordered an order of Fried Yucca. It's actually a
complete meal, not a side dish. MAN WAS THAT AWESOME. And the slaw
was the bed for the dish on this too. But, on this one, I think the
guy realized I liked chiles after inquiring about my home made habanero
hot sauce which I gave George. He had some sliced WHOLE jalapenos in
there with the slaw. hehehe, YUM!

The fried yucca was enjoyed by my wife AND my two year old. Man, that
stuff is good! The consistency is that of an idaho potato, but more
moist....well, more like a cross between a red and an idaho. The taste
was kind of like a regular white potato that was a bit on the sweet
side....nothing like a sweet potato mind you. But, just a potato that
was most, held together quite well, and was naturally sweet. Very very
good.
