Hi All, I was exploring some of the more CH orientated resturants around Johannesburg this weekend, and I went to a fairly well know Portuguese Resturant in the South of the city. It has food to live for. Not only that, but it also has an excellent homemade peri-peri sauce on the table. It is not the only resturant in the area that has a delicious peri-peri sauce, but it certainly is one to remember. I essentially have a recipe for this type of sauce, namely peri-peri chiles, lemon juice, lemon rind, vinegar, bay leaf and oil, but I can't even come close to something that I would want to eat. Do any of the list members have a peri-peri sauce recipe that works for them that they would want to share with me ? This is still my life's quest.
