1 cup olive oil
1 cup whiskey
1 handful very hot -- dried peppers
Combine the ingredients, let stand for a month or two. Use liberally on
everything.

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
chile peppers (several) -- cleaned and finely
chopped
juice of one lemon
1 clove garlic (a few) -- minced
1 sprig parsley -- minced (optional)
1 tablespoon cooking oil (a few)
1 pinch salt
What you do:
Mix all ingredients by hand or with a blender, food processor. Cook in a hot
skillet for a few minutes. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
Serve with everything.
