[CH] chilehead organizations

I'm curious as to whether anyone belongs to any sort of 
chilehead/chile-lovers group or organization near where they live? I am 
thinking about starting an organization in the region I live that is 
basically a chilehead group and am curious as to if any of the list members 
belong to such organizations. If so, I'd like to know what are the types of 
things that the organization does? Are there membership fees? How much? How 
often do you meet?.....basically as much about what the group does as I can 
find out. I think it would be cool to have a group that meets monthly or 
bi-monthly, has restaurant reviews, pepper gardening tips, salsa tasting, 
guest speakers, etc.

Anyway, anxious to hear from others who already may belong to such groups.
