Whoops -- I meant most "NON chile heads".... I would love to know how to make red chile peanut brittle -- the response from most chile heads was something to the tune of "Oh my gosh!! My mouth is on fire!! I really don't like spicy foods.... Can I have another piece?" We get similar reactions when we serve the chile-spiked cranberry sauce....
