Hello Chileheads,
Blair's has created another chile extract, which is supposed to be =
hotter yet, he claims it is 6,000,000 Scoville units. Does anyone else =
believe this without a lab test? As for extract sauces, they most times =
have a chemical aftertaste, like Dave's Insanity has no real chile =
flavor but tons of heat. Does anyone here have any of the older reserve =
sauces and how are they, like 4am is supposed to be 4,000,000 units, but =
no proof.
