If you are a collector of hot sauces, then, of course, you should get a "bottle" of 5AM. If you just want something that's out-of-this-world-hot, then I recommend Mad Dog's Revenge. Its only ingredients are chile extract, habanero chile extract, and soybean oil. It's rated at 1 million Scoville Units. It tastes, pretty much, like a habanero pepper. You can add it to recipes to GREATLY increase the heat level without changing the flavor. It also MUCH cheaper than any of the other reserves. I have actually tasted it, and lived to tell the tale. It did not taste like cat fur, burnt cat fur, or rubber tire marks. I have not tasted those, but I have a general idea. Again, Mad Dog's Revenge tastes like a habanero. Here it is on the FireGirl web site http://hotsaucecatalog.com/hs1210mdr.html - mary At 10:15 AM 11/15/01 -0500, T.
