A most peaceful and happy Thanksgiving to all of my U S A friends, on this day. Stuff the turkey with lots of chiles! As we celebrate our Cdn Thanksgiving in October, on the second Monday of the month, ours is just a memory. Our turkey this year was great, because we brined it for 12 hours, after thawing, and then dried it for 2 hours, before stuffing. It was superb!
