The best one is 99%, but none >of them had great results. Anybody have a better idea? I make a very simple embellishment that I use on almost any food that I want to add heat to, a proverbial problem for me since, lo, I am the only chilehead in my family. I just take a few raw (or frozen) whole peppers, spray them with Pam, sprinkle with onion powder and garlic salt, and pop them into the toaster oven for about 15 minutes at 300 degrees. When done, I remove the stems, chop them up, and viola!, any food can become an efficient capsaicin delivery system. (it was fantastic in leftover Thanksgiving dressing).
