I sprinkle Jim Campbell's "Ground Chipotle" powder on almost everything. I tastes great on pasta, potatoes, sandwiches... On oatmeal I would expect you would get the flavor without the acidity if you use a nice powder like "Ground Chipotle" instead of a sauce.
